Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) drain inspections provide a comprehensive examination of the condition of pipes, junctions and bends. To conduct drain inspections, the CCTV cameras are placed down into the pipes and can show us exactly what is going on meters under the ground. The cameras use a built in location device which can pinpoint the exact position of the camera in the drain system to isolate breaks and map out drains.

 

These inspections allow us to view:

• Broken or cracked pipes
• Tree root impairment
• Poorly installed drains
• Structural defects
• If the drain is holding water
• Issues that could become damage further down the track
